Deadline for registration and abstract submission: March 31st, 2017
Notification of acceptance decision: Mid April 2017, via email.
The Scientific Committee may select abstracts for oral presentation.
Poster session: posters will be on display for all the duration of the meeting and will be discussed at lunch break.
Only registered participants will be allowed to present their contributions and attend scientific sessions of the Conference.
The official language of the Congress will be English.
ONLINE SUBMISSION
All abstracts should be written in English (according to the instructions illustrated in the document "Abstract submission") and sent via e-mail as attachment to the Executive Secretariat:
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations are organized in oral sessions as detailed in the program. Each presentation is expected to last 10-12 minutes including discussion.
Lecture Room Equipment:
- Beamer;
- Notebook for the upload of presentations (USB flash drive);
- Laserpointer;
- Microphones.
Please note that no laptop station will be available. You are kindly requested to provide your presentation on a USB flash drive directly at the conference.
ACCOMODATION
Provided free of charge for SIF members under 38 years of age that will present an abstract.
